This large-scale transformative project is defined by a deep understanding of color. Each room tells a unique design story using the power of color to create character, ambience and light. The entrance space, kitchen and bedrooms are characterized by a light-filled, fresh contemporary design, created using neutral hues offset by green foliage and elegant glass ornamentation. In the women’s majlis earthy tones, such as amber and orange, imbue the space with warmth. The men’s majlis exudes a stately character achieved using deep blue and mustard paired with black accents and natural wood. Soft dusky pink wardrobes are adorned with floral decorative bird motifs in the women’s dressing room, while textured browns and greys feature in the equivalent men’s space. Both areas are arranged to maximize space, light and storage, yet maintain a unique character within a cohesive whole.

The Mashal Project is built on a foundation of harmony. The layout is carefully crafted to flow seamlessly, creating a natural progression through spaces that balance openness and intimacy. The design ensures every room serves a purpose, while still connecting to the overall narrative of the home. Large windows invite abundant sunlight, enhancing the warmth and vitality of the interior. Rich and diverse materials such as marble, wood, wallpaper, fabric and glass, introduce layered textures and tactile surfaces. The way in which these materials interact with natural light and carefully placed lighting adds depth and dimension to the space.
