A striking double-height lobby showcasing a four-marble floor, draped contemporary chandelier and custom-made abstract mirror welcomes visitors into the residence. Materials have been carefully selected to create a dynamic and richly textured entrance. The earthy tones featured in the distinctive marble flooring introduce the neutral, bronze and burgundy color palette that unifies the space. Two burgundy marble framed entrances open into the basement majlis. In the majlis, the eye is drawn to the natural beauty of an open book marble wall and a wallcovering featuring an ancient Egyptian representation of the Nile. These stunning focal points offer moments of luxurious artistry.  The space is infused with exquisite attention to detail, from shelves lined with antique gold bronze to a bespoke carpet and handblown glass chandeliers.

The men’s gathering majlis embodies a midcentury modern aesthetic, incorporating green clay ceramic tiling, oak veneer wall cladding, herringbone parquet flooring and an atomic chandelier. A space for dining, entertaining and gathering across two floors, the design of the men’s majlis creates a warm and inviting ambience. Statement design elements such as an acrylic staircase, graphic portraits, cactus trees and a hand-painted wall piece reflect the owner’s bold and sophisticated artistic taste. Intriguing creative innovations continue into the ground floor lobby and ground floor majlis. A glass atrium containing a cactus garden and bonsai tree provides a striking focal point that divides the space. The ground floor majlis showcases a vibrantly patterned wall hanging which adds texture and depth.
